Rules & Regulations – No Exceptions 

1.    Everyone entering Little Morocco Café wishing to partake in BYOB must possess and present a non-expired, valid, legal form of identification to a staff member and be at least 21 years of age or older.

2.    Little Morocco Café and its entire staff reserve the right to refuse BYOB service to any and all customers who appear to be intoxicated upon entering the restaurant.

3.    Little Morocco Café and its entire staff reserve the right to prevent anyone from drinking alcohol who is suspected of excessive intoxication or any inappropriate behavior after consuming alcohol within the restaurant premises.

4.    Unopened beer and wine accepted – no liquor of any kind.

5.    There is a corkage fee for every table wishing to partake in BYOB:

There is a $3 flat rate fee per person for a maximum of 2 beers per visit.

There is a $9 flat rate fee “per bottle ” for a maximum of 2 750ml wine bottles or less per visit.

These are the maximum BYOB allowance offered at Little Morocco Café, no exceptions.
